Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and Coral Community LLC (“Coral,” “we,” “us”) covering your use of coral.vip and the Coral mobile app. By applying for or using Coral, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Coral.

Who can use Coral

Coral is a private, invite-and-application community for adults. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information when you apply. Your account is personal to you; do not share your login or let anyone else use your account.

Community Standards

Coral exists to bring good people together, and that only works if everyone feels safe. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You agree that you will not post, send, or share content, and will not behave, in any of the following ways:

We do not tolerate this behavior. We remove violating content and we suspend or permanently terminate the accounts of members who break these rules, at our discretion. Every member has tools to help keep the community safe: you can report content and block other members from within the app, and our team reviews reports and acts on them.

Your content and data

You keep ownership of the content you create on Coral. By posting it, you grant Coral a limited license to store, display, and share it within the community so the service can function. You are responsible for the content you post, and you confirm you have the right to share it.

You also agree that Coral may use your profile, application answers, content, and activity to operate and improve the service and to power our matching and personalization features, including Coral’s AI. In return, we make you a firm promise: Coral will never sell your personal data to anyone, ever. How we handle your data, and your rights over it, are described in our Privacy Policy.

Membership and payments

Applying to Coral is free. Membership may be offered free or as a paid subscription. Any fees, your plan, and billing terms are shown to you before you pay, and paid subscriptions are billed through our payment processor (Stripe). You can cancel a paid subscription at any time; cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of your current billing period. If you choose to make a voluntary contribution to support Coral, it is a gift to help the community grow, not a purchase of any product, feature, or future benefit, and it is non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse Coral: no attempting to break, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service, no scraping or harvesting member data, and no using Coral to violate any law or the rights of others.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or the Community Standards, or to protect Coral and its members.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Coral is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep the community safe and the service working, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error free, and we are not responsible for the conduct of other members. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Coral is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service.

Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Coral harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of the content you post, your use of Coral, or your violation of these Terms or the rights of others.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to Coral or these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing anything, we ask that you first contact us at hello@coral.vip so we can try to resolve it directly.

General

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Coral about the service. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms; we may transfer ours to a successor, for example in a merger or sale of the business. Section headings are for convenience only.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Coral evolves. When we make a material change we will update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know in the app. Continuing to use Coral after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
